Simplify CP is a forage based, all natural, pelleted concentrated complete feed.
Sun Cured Alfalfa - Premium alfalfa is one of Nature's most perfect forages and is an extremely palatable, high digestible source of fiber, protein, energy, vitamins, and other balanced nutrients that are highly beneficial to horses.
Whole Oats & Wheat Middlings - Whole oats have long been considered the benchmark of equine concentrate rations. They are a wholesome and natural source of high quality, nutrient dense energy. Wheat middlings are the most nutrient dense portion of wheat grain, with the least desirable wheat flour mechanically removed. The highly digestible starch available in oats and wheat middlings, enhance the performance of fast twitch muscle fibers and replenish blood glucose levels, lost through competition and strenuous exercise.
Rice Bran - Rice Bran is a palatable energy source, containing a wide range of protein, vitamins, minerals, and more than 120 known naturally occurring antioxidants. Rice bran is also moderately high in fiber, making it a safe choice and less likely to cause digestive upset than other calorie sources.
Milled Flax Seed - Flax seeds provide equine athletes with a multitude of health and performance benefits. Flax can significantly increase the apparent digestibility of Dry Matter, Crude Fiber, and Neutral Detergent Fiber. It improves hoof growth and hoof density. Flax is extremely high in healthy Omega 3 fatty acids, powerful antioxidants, and high mucilage (soluble) fiber. Flax seeds provide natural solution to dull dry coats, itching and skin irritations, and can help protect against sand colic. Finally, flax has a very strong anti-inflammatory property that aids in reduced joint pain and faster recovery from intense exercise and competition.
Soy Oil (Human Grade) - Soy oil is a high quality source of energy and fat in equine diets and a good source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. In some equine studies, feeding soy oil has had beneficial effects on lipid metabolism in horses. Increased LPL is linked to an increase in the uptake of plasma free fatty acids by muscle. This in turn increases the oxidative (energy releasing) activity of the horse's muscle and may enhance equine performance.
